These guys are phenomenal! Really want to thank the employees and techs here at Arlingtin Auto & Tire! Shout out to Prince, just an epic employee. I am from out of state and my SUV was having overheating problems. I figured it was a thermostat or the water pump. I pulled in 2 hours before close on a Saturday, explained my scenario and they said they would take care of me. They even stayed waiting for me so I could come back and get my clothes since I had to stay another night in the hotel. My vehicle was ready the next day ahead of schedule. I know they worked late after hours and came in the morning on a Sunday and finished it up. Blown away by their customer service. If there was a 6th star, I would give it but there are only 5 stars.
